DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By using the Scentfully Taylored Web site, you expressly agree that use of the Scentfully Taylored Web site is at your sole risk.


PRODUCTS DISPLAY/COLORS

The Scenttfully Taylored Web site attempts to display product images shown on the site as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the product color, as the display of the color depends, in part, upon the monitor you are using.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you would like to cancel an order you placed with Scentfully Taylored Web site you may contact us by email ScentfullyTaylored@yahoo.com Your cancellation request must be submitted before your order leaves our shipping facility to avoid shipping and restocking fees.  Orders that are canceled after or the facility leaving  will be charged for shipping and restocking fee of 20% for all returning merchandise.



Return and Refund Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders will be processed within 5 business days of purchasing and

shipped 2 day delivery with tracking via Unites States Postal services


WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? AND SHIPPING BACK 

Returns are always hassle-free and easy within 30 days of the receipts of

shipment.

We do not provide return labels. These items are returnable via whichever

shipping carrier you choose upon approval of return.


SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for the label as well as the shipping fee on

returned items.

Unfortunately. candles that have been burned, cannot be exchanged.


Returns must be mailed back to  ****WE NEED ADDRESS**** and in the same box it was packaged in. Please allow up to 5

business days from the time your return arrives at our studio for our team to

inspect and process your return. We will update you via email once we’ve

issued your refund.

Unfortunately, we are not accepting return items for seasonal/Holiday decor

items. If you decide to return the item without approval, no refund will be

issued.


WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEM(S) ARE DAMAGE OR MISSING?

please inspect all items thoroughly upon receiving them. Sometimes your

item/s can arrive broken in shipping. When this happens, we will get a

replacement shipped to you as quickly as humanly possible. All we need

from you is an email within the 5 days of receipt of your package and

photographs of the damage. Any damages or missing items reported after

the 5 days can not be refunded.

REFUND POLICY

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

shipment.

We do not provide return labels. These items are returnable via whichever

shipping carrier you choose upon approval of return.


Due to the nature of our candle products, we will replace up to 14 days

upon receipt of items(s). Any items with small imperfections that will not

cause leak/damage (I.e small hairline cracks that will not cause leaks, small

dips/chips, etc.) will not be accepted for exchange, unless the shipping is

provided to us- but the candles will always have imperfections due to the

nature of the hand-carved & hand poured products we create.

Both UPS and USPS may require us to provide the original box it was

shipped in to file a damage claim, therefore, we may require the damaged

item returned in the original box (package exactly as it was shipped).

Unfortunately, we can not file any damage claims if the item is not in the

original box/packaging. We will only email a return shipping label for

damaged items - once the return is approved by us.



OUR CUSTOMERS ARE OUR FIRST PRIORITY

We will take care of it. Please know that we take time & pride in packing our items carefully, but

sometimes mistakes/accidents do happen frequently, and we are not liable

for any damage due to UPS/USPS shipping.  Sale Items (If applicable)

Only regular priced items may be redundant, unfortunately sale items

cannot be refunded.
